Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse a few seconds at a time until everything is minced nicely and begins clumping together.
Shape mixture into 20-24 balls about 2 tbsp each, and place on a greased air fryer rack or cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° F in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes rotating halfway through, or 15-18 minutes in the oven. When done the balls should look dark (the color of actual meat balls).
