Easy Ramen Chicken Broth Base

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups chicken broth I prefer bone broth, but any can be used
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce tamauri or coconut aminos can be used for gluten or soy free
  • 2 tbsp vinegar I prefer apple cider but rice or white vinegar also work
  • 1/2 tbsp minced ginger or 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tbsp minced garlic or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 green onions sliced

Method
 

  1. Put all the ingredients in a pot and let simmer for 5-10 minutes until the flavors meld together.
  2. Add any veggies and noodles you desire to your easy ramen chicken broth base.
