Method
- Finely chop the cabbage, shred the carrot, and thinly slice the seeded jalapeno.
- Add all the vegetables to a bowl and top with lime and orange juices, and salt. If desired, massage the juices into the cabbage to help soften the leaves.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and yogurt, then mix together until completely combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until ready to serve.
