Greek Yogurt Lime Slaw

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1-2 carrots shredded
  • 1-2 jalapenos seeds removed thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • juice and zest of one orange
  • juice and zest of one lime
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Finely chop the cabbage, shred the carrot, and thinly slice the seeded jalapeno.
  2. Add all the vegetables to a bowl and top with lime and orange juices, and salt. If desired, massage the juices into the cabbage to help soften the leaves.
  3. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and yogurt, then mix together until completely combined.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until ready to serve.
