Method
- Start by cooking bacon until crispy.
- Place buttered bread onto a pan or griddle to toast.
- fry 2 eggs per sandwich. After flipping the eggs add the cheese on the top to melt.
- slice the tomatoes and avocado, and prepare the greens for the sandwich.
- Add the eggs to the toasting bread along with the other topping ingredients.
- Remove the bread from the pan and drizzle the sandwich with plenty of honey mustard.
- Cut the sandwich in half for easy eating.
