Honey Mustard Vinaigrette (No Mayo)
This honey mustard vinaigrette is nicknamed liquid gold in our house. It is a delicious addition to salads or sandwiches and makes a great dipping sauce or marinade for chicken.

This mustard is also perfect for chicken, whether you use it to marinade a chicken breast or as a dip for your favorite chicken tenders or nuggets. Another great way to use the vinaigrette is to top a salad. It pairs well with topping such as tomato and avocado.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
How to Make Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
Begin by adding sugar and water to a small sauce pan and bring to a boil.
once boiling add honey, mustard, and seasonings and whisk until combined.
Bring the mixture to a boil and let simmer for about 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and mix in apple cider vinegar, let cool then the sauce is ready to top your chicken, sandwiches, or salads!
